| ~ The Great Boss of Delza Army reveals himself as the being behind all of the evil organizations faced by the seven Kamen Riders. |
The Great Boss of Delza Army is the true leader of the Delza Army and overarching antagonist of Kamen Rider Stronger, as well as every previous Kamen Rider series. He is secretly behind all the other previous evil organizations that were opposed by the Riders (Shocker, Gel-Shocker, Destron, Government of Darkness, Geddon and Black Satan). He could fire explosive white beams from his eyes in Rock Form.
After Black Satan fell and was replaced by the Delza Army, the Great Leader used Marshal Machine to take control of Delza in a final bid to destroy the seven Kamen Riders. He takes the form of a colossal rock giant sometimes known as the Great Delza General while his true form resides inside it.
As with most incarnations of the Great Leader, the Great Boss of Delza Army was voiced by the late Gorō Naya.
History[]
The Great Boss sent Marshal Machine to take control of the Delza Army from General Shadow after the defeat of the Delza Majin First Team.
As the Seven Legendary Kamen Riders gathered together to rescue Tachibana from the clutches of Delza, the Great Boss summoned several past kaijins as part of the Revived Kaijin Corps to deal with them, but all were defeated by the Kamen Riders.

After all of his minions are destroyed by the 7 Kamen Riders, the Great Leader emerges from the mountainside in his rock form (known as the "Rock Great Leader") and goes to confront them himself. The Great Boss reveals himself as the one who secretly founded Shocker, Destron, GOD, Geddon and Black Satan before attempting to destroy the Kamen Riders. The Kamen Riders attempted to fight back, but the Great Boss's rock giant form was impervious to all of their attacks. However, by combining their powers, the Seven Legendary Riders manage to get inside his body and begin searching for his true form.
Inside the colossal rock giant, the Kamen Riders find the Great Leader's true identity, a giant alien brain. The Great Leader tells the Kamen Riders that he will be returning to the stars soon before self destructing the Delza General in a final attempt to kill all seven Riders, but the Kamen Riders all escape before they can be consumed by the explosion.
