Jantee Jowels is the main antagonist of the game, The Bounty on Sammy Slaphead.

He is the mayor of the town of Utshead

In the game he has a relatively small role, he only appears in the opening cutscene where it shows him talking to his butler about his missing apple sauce, he looks out of his window in his mansion to see Sammy Slaphead walking out of a store with apple sauce, from this he hires a bounty hunter to kill Sammy Slaphead.

He is depicted as a very bratty character in the bounty on sammy slaphead as he is seen blaming random people for things he done and not taking much responsibility, this is furthered by the games description stating that he was "spoilt as a child which went towards his adulthood"^[1]

He also has an even smaller apearance in Sammy Slaphead Vs. Mr. Smaz where he can be seen after beating the game as an earlier model of him that you can access in the cut cutscenes from the bounty on sammy slaphead you recieve after beating Mr. Smaz.

His main theme in the game is a variation of the Sammy Slaphead.

There is also an unused model of him made in between the one seen in Sammy Slaphead Vs. Mr. Smaz and the finalized design for him from the bounty on sammy slaphead^[2]
