Hocke-Wulf, originally known as Focke-Wulf, is one of the secondary antagonists and obedient lackeys of Wendy Witchcart in the videogame Tails' Skypatrol. He, along with his peers Bearenger and Carrottia, patrol a strange island terrorized by Witchcart, its self-proclaimed ruler. Hocke-Wulf guards the Rail Canyon, and is the first to encounter Tails.
Hocke-Wulf is a blue male anthropomorphic wolf who rides a flying motorbike and fights by throwing grenades at Tails, which explodes into four pieces when landing on impact.

- Hocke-Wulf's original name comes from Focke-Wulf, a real-world German company known for manufacturing military aircrafts for the Luftwaffe during World War II. In recent media, however, his name has been changed to Hocke-Wulf to avoid possible controversy.
