Fukurou is a Dragon Knight and a supporting character later turned into a major antagonist in anime Noein. He was voiced by R. Martin Klein in the English dubbed version of the anime and Kohei Kiyasu in the Japanese version. His name is Japanese for owl.
Fukurou comes from the alternate dimension La'Cryma and was given rare abilities from an event that occured there called the Quantom Revolution. Fukurou's spin weapon is a cluster of laser-like projectiles. Fukurou is tall and muscular, wears a dark cloak over his body like all Dragon Knight members, has a scar over his left eye and left corner of his mouth, and has a long red pony tail. He was once good friends with the protagonist Karasu, but then he and Karasu became enemies who fought each other towards the end as Noein killed him after Haruka changed the future she saw where Fukurou was killed by Karasu.
