Dummy Girl is a minor antagonist in the 2006 film Casper's Scare School and a supporting character in the Casper's Scare School TV series. She is one of several underworld creatures who study at Scare School and one of the most prominent members of Thatch's clique.
Appearance[]
Dummy Girl, as her name implies, is a possessed creepy wooden string puppet, capable of moving and communicating on her own. She has red eyes and a slightly greenish skin tone and wears makeup that consists of blue eyeshadow, black mascara, red lipstick, and pink blush. She also has dark bluish hair with two braids tied with red bows, and has a permanent smiley structure on her face.
Her attire consists of a dark blue white collared shirt with a skull drawn on the middle, a bright red skirt, and brown shoes with white red-striped socks. She is also shown to have a string located on her back, which when pulled, she starts jumping and laughing uncontrollably.
Personality[]
Dummy Girl is one of Scare School's biggest bullies, being almost as troublesome and messy as Thatch, but she's also one of the biggest scarers, getting pretty high grades in scare classes and being highly praised by teachers. She loves to participate in his evil plans and pranks, even helping him to take control of the other students on occasion, however, unlike Mosshead or Slither, who almost always obey or do whatever Thatch tells them to do, she often just agrees to help him in exchange for something, and unlike the other members of the clique, who are shown to fear Thatch a bit, she has never shown any kind of fear towards him, in fact, she has even yelled and argued with him. many times, mostly in Season 2.
Despite being almost as cruel as Thatch and performing great in class, she is apparently not as smart as Thatch, as shown in "The Day The Croaked Professor", where she and the other students are convinced by Casper that a teacher was turned into a frog, which turned out to be a lie when the real teacher showed his face; When Thatch points this out, she comments that the professor actually had a twin brother.
Dummy Girl is also somewhat greedy and agonized, as she kept demanding that Thatch fulfill her part of the deal to give them vampire teeth in "Sweet Dreams". She is also vindictive at times, such as in "My Fair Harpy", where she gets angry with Thatch for criticizing her dancing and convinces all the girls at school not to go with him to the school dance.

Dummy Girl is one of the most troublesome and bully students at Scare School, being probably the meanest next to Thatch, who is the leader of the clique in which she participates, and also who she is always helping to perform tricks and pranks in bad taste. which mostly consist of humiliating and getting into trouble for other students, especially Casper, whom they despise for his friendly behavior.
She also appears to be Thatch's best friend or most loyal follower, being almost always seen with him, even when the other members of the clique are absent, this is even more notable in Season Two, where she is seen several times. helping Thatch carry out his evil plans, without the presence of Mosshead, Slither, and Harpy, most notably the episode "Sweet Dreams", where she helps Thatch improve his performance in class in exchange for handmade vampire teeth.
Powers and Abilities[]
Like a good amount of students at Scare School, Dummy Girl has not been shown to have true possession of powers like Casper or Thatch, however, she claims her power is "to be funny", although she has never used it or even made anyone laugh. She is shown to have a weak point in "Calc the Cameleon", where she is telling something funny to Slither until Calc, who is taking advantage of her invisibility to play pranks on students, pulls her string, leaving her in a loop of jumps and laughs, similar to an ordinary string toy.

Dummy Girl is one of the most prominent followers and members of Thatch's clique, being seen alongside him, along with Mosshead, on several occasions throughout the series.
In Season 1, she was once shown to be one of Thatch's best friends, participating in most of her pranks and tricks, and just like the other members of the clique, blindly obeying him and doing whatever he tells her to do, however. though, unlike Mosshead and Slither, he still doesn't show any fear of him, such as when she yells at him for criticizing her dancing in "My Fair Harpy" and convincing all the girls at school not to go with him to the dance as revenge. for being rejected. It can be said that Dummy Girl obeys Thatch's orders just for the fun of pranking.
Dummy Girl's relationship with Thatch changed slightly in Season 2, where she obeys and participates in Thatch's clique in a much more prominent way than before, but this time being much more rebellious and greedy than Thatch himself, to the point where demand a reward so she has a reason to help him, and sometimes even argue against him.
Thatch has shown on several occasions to have a certain respect for "Dummy Girl" and admire her for having a bully and rebellious nature like him, in addition to participating in his pranks and helping him so often, however, she still doesn't escape. getting scolded and manipulated by Thatch like the other members of the clique at times, such as in "Sweet Dreams", where Thatch tricks her into giving her vampire teeth in exchange for helping him improve his class performance, at the end Thatch reveals that he lied and soon after uses his sleep machine on her and causing her to sleep before she can do anything, despite this, curiously, she is still worried about Thatch when she is woken up along with the other students, asking if he would also wake up.
The interactions between the two also stand out in "Davey Jones Locker", where Thatch humiliates Casper in gym class, making him get revenge by convincing him to open the closet where the soul of the pirate Davey Jones was locked, who upon being freed, ends up possessing Dummy Girl's body and taking control of it, and ends up recruiting Thatch to help take control of everyone at the school.
Slither[]
Dummy Girl's interactions with Slither are most prominent in Season 1, highlighting the first episode, "Fang Decay", where Slither inadvertently saves her from taking a fall when she slips into one of his "edible eyes", which Thatch dropped. , which ends up resulting in the two of them exchanging glances for a brief moment, before they mention about calling each other later, and then heading off to opposite sides; this scene hints that the two are possibly in love, though this is never addressed in later episodes, though she is still seen alongside Slither on occasion.
In later episodes, the two are sometimes seen fighting each other, as Slither once mocked her by indirectly saying she's not funny, and ends up getting slapped.
Mosshead[]
Dummy Girl has shown to be a close friend to Mosshead at various times, with in "Grimly Day", where the two form a pair for the Grimly Day tour, and are also seen laughing together at the Gargoyles' frights at the humans near the Theater. The two are also shown together in several episodes of Season 1, usually being shown as the most loyal members of Thatch's clique, such as in "Vote for Casper", where they are seen together bullying Mantha for being running against Thatch and later noting the names of students who did not vote for Thatch. After all, her relationship with Mosshead isn't really as deep as Thatch or Slither.
Dummy's friendship with Mosshead appears to have faded in Season 2, where they are rarely seen together as Mosshead's role as Thatch's second most faithful member has been replaced by Slither. In "Little Dragon", Dummy Girl, in a plan to help Thatch prank Casper who is tending a dragon egg, grabs Mosshead (who was not involved in the prank) and launches him forward, causing him the beating of the egg, which indicates that the friendship between the two possibly ended.
Casper[]
Dummy Girl, as a member of the bully clique, likely despises Casper for being too friendly and not liking to scare anyone. While there isn't as much interaction between them in both Seasons, it's assumed they are enemies, with Dummy Girl always taking part in Thatch's plans to cause Casper trouble and humiliate him.
Mantha[]
Dummy Girl has been shown to have a greater rivalry with Mantha than with Casper or Ra, as in "Vote for Casper", where she is seen together with Mosshead, upsetting Mantha before the candidacy, or in "Fleshed Out", where she laughs at Mantha after she leaves the school infirmary with her limbs in the wrong places, she does the same thing in "Crypt Critters", where she is seen again laughing and mocking her in the girls' dorm.
Ra[]
Dummy Girl has had several interactions with Ra throughout the series, and she, like Thatch and Slither, has been shown to despise him as much as Casper and Mantha, mainly because of his clumsy behavior. In "Rich Kid Ra", she enters into Thatch's plan to trick Ra into pretending they are his friends so he can share his riches with them, however when they are taking Ra for a ride in his golden vehicle, she loses control. for a brief moment because of Ra's lame jokes, and ends up making fun of him before being reminded of the plan by Thatch again. In "The Ra-Minator", she is seen among the various students at Scare School who believe that Ra has radical powers and abilities and starts praising him and hanging out with him, along with the rest of Thatch's clique, though in the end. everything goes back to normal when the lie is revealed.
