These beings possess extraordinary abilities and physical attributes that make them a force to be reckoned with. Unlike typical villains who rely on cunning and deception, these mutants strike fear into the hearts of others simply by their sheer presence. Their mutation has granted them powers beyond imagination, allowing them to manipulate and control elements of nature, bend reality, and even alter their physical forms.

In addition, there exists specific types of Mutated villains known under a subcategory referred as Shapeshifters. These individuals possess the remarkable ability to manipulate their physical appearance and can effortlessly transform themselves into various entities, including but not limited to Demons, Noncorporeal Beings, and Animals.

These must not be entirely mistaken with Mutants who are known to possess innate or artificially acquired traits resulting from genetic mutations.
