“Blind” Ivan Wexler, later known as Toot-Toot McBumbersnazzle, is the main antagonist of the Gravity Falls episode "Society of The Blind Eye". He is the leader of of the Blind Eye Society.
He was voiced by Peter Serafinowicz, who also played Darth Maul in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Duane Benzie in Spaced, Pete in Shaun of the Dead, Darth Chef in South Park, George Spelvin in Archer, Goran the Mutilator in American Dad!, Forrest Blackwell in the LEGO City Undercover video game series, The Fisher King in Doctor Who, Johnny's Father in the Sing films, the Agency Director in Rick & Morty, Kang the Conqueror in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 and Iofur Raknison in His Dark Materials.

Ivan spent his early years working as a carny at a local fair, but was bullied by the local teenagers for the strange tattoos he had on his face. The bullying reached its peak when the bullies locked him in the fair's haunted attraction, traumatizing him. Unable to sleep for weeks, Ivan explained his woes to Fiddleford McGucket, wishing he could forget it all. McGucket invited him to join the Blind Eye Society, who worked on removing memories of the supernatural experiences in the town. Ivan agreed, and erased his traumatic memories and joined the society. After McGucket left as leader, Ivan rose through the ranks to the head, though his leadership was more malicious than his predecessor.
Gravity Falls[]
In the season two episode "Society of the Blind Eye", Dipper and Mabel Pines, as well as Soos Ramirez and Wendy Corduroy, discover the Blind Eye Society with Ivan leading a meeting where they erase Lazy Suzan's memories of gnomes using McGucket's Memory Gun.
When the Pines, Soos, and Wendy try to steal the Memory Gun, and Ivan fights them with the intention of gathering them and erasing all memories of the Blind Eye Society and their summer in Gravity Falls. However, he is defeated by McGucket, whose mind is too far gone to be affected by the gun. Dipper turns the Gun on the Blind Eye Society, making all of them forget about the society. However, with such deep ties to the organization, Ivan looses himself and his identity. Mabel convinces him that he is a carefree traveling banjo mistral named Toot-Toot McBumbersnazzle.
In the episode "Weirdmageddon Part 1", Bill Cipher uses Ivan's head as the gearshift for his car. However, after the events of Weirdmageddon are foiled, he is brought back to normal.
