His Evil Ranking[]
His Villainous Deeds[]
- In his debut episode, when he tricked Patrick and SpongeBob from releasing from his tartar sauce prison, he tried to kill them and only stopped because of the tickle belt still on him.
- He manipulated and tries to convince SpongeBob and Patrick that he is a good guy so SpongeBob would free him from the tickle belt.
- When SpongeBob free him from the tickle belt, he attacks the duo with the electro-gauntlet and escapes, making clear he never had any intention of giving up his heinous ways.
- He tries to rob the bank, but he lost the edge he normally would have to do it because the tickle belt still affects him.
- In "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy V", he, the Dirty Bubble and Barnacle Boy cause terror all around town committing evil acts. Further clarifying they were doing so in part for enjoyment, he shows his notable cruelty by giving Mermaid Man an explosive rigged ice cream, even taking part in taunting him after it blows up in his face.
- In " Back to the Past" when SpongeBob, Patrick, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy went to the past and cause a change in the future, he managed to take over the world and called it Man Rayopolis.
- In "Super Evil Aquatic Villain Team Up is Go!", he teams up with Plankton to get the secret formula and Plankton explains to him his plan. When they went to the Krusty Krab, he and Plankton demands the secret formula when Mr. Krabs says that they never get the formula for making Krabby Patties. When he thought the formula was for world domination.
- He got addicted to the Krabby Patties and demanded more to eat them without letting Plankton eat a single one. This also shows that although he did thwart Plankton, it clearly wasn’t out of morality.
- In "Captain Pipsqueak," he kills the other villains whenever they don't impress him enough to be part of the League of E.V.I.L.
- He is overall taken seriously in story, as even Patrick and SpongeBob themselves (especially at first) are very much intimidated by him.
- He gets the secret formula and was shocked that the formula wasn't for world domination and it is just a recipe for a sandwich and kick him out of the force and he traps Plankton in a hot sauce.
- In the Patrick Show episode "X Marks the Spot," it is mentioned that he blew up Bikini Bottom.
Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- He massively fails the heinous standard compare to other villains in the series.
- He is too comedic, which prevents him from being PE or NPE.
- He does care for his friend Dirty Bubble and also his other member of the League of E.V.I.L.
- He also has a soft side, as shown in "Shuffleboarding" when SpongeBob and Patrick showed up as dressing Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy, he greets them and acts friendly to them and behaves pleasantly until they randomly accused them and a fellow elderly of breaking the law for no reason other than to satisfy themselves "of upholding the law".
- He has standards, as he was disgusted that Plankton made them steal the secret formula when he thought the formula was for world domination and it wasted his and the other member of the League of E.V.I.L time and traps Plankton is a bottle of hot sauce.
- In "The Bad Guy Club for Villains" it was revealed the reason why they are in the library. It wasn't because they would destroy the library it is because he and the other villains would read a book.
- He is loyal to the villains he teams up with, like the Dirty Bubble, and Plankton in " Super Evil Aquatic Villain Team Up is Go!" and in "Captain Pipsqueak", before Plankton wasted his and the other villains' time, because the formula they stole was a recipe for a sandwich instead of world domination.
- In "Man Ray Returns", he rented Squidward house when Squidward is on vacation because he himself just only wanted to have vacation as well.
- He also has an elderly friend in the episode "Shuffleboarding".
- In "Man Ray Returns", when SpongeBob gives him a pie, and when Patrick said he is not going to get any snacks for them, he gives Patrick the pie.
- In "Captain Pipsqueak" when he opens the secret formula and was surprised that the secret formula was a recipe for a sandwich, and thought the formula was for world domination, he returned the secret formula to Mr. Krabs, showing he is honorable.
- While it is mentioned that he blew up Bikini Bottom, it is unclear if anyone died or not.
