Valhalla Tower is a Tower Event. There is almost always a Valhalla Tower event up, and they usually last a month. They usually cost very little AP per level, especially on the lower floors, so are good for using up your final bits of AP before sleep or work or school.
Each level consists of three platforms, and the only enemy is a boss. The lower floors have low difficulty, and each floor jumps slightly in difficulty, with the final tiers taking hundreds of thousands of BR to beat. But don't be discouraged - it is always worth it to fight as far as you can even if you can't reach the end, because the rewards are generous at every step along the way. The exact number of floors and max difficulty varies by event, so just go as far as you can.
Some of the significant rewards are gems, weapon limit breakers and platinum hammers, rainbow books for limit breaking characters, gold and silver gacha tickets, unique orbs, rings for leveling artifacts, and more, depending on the event.
