Astromancy Magecraft (天体魔術, Tentai Majutsu?, lit. AstrologyWP Magecraft) is a practice focusing around the planets and stars.
Mechanics[]
Astromancy is practiced within the eighth Department of the Clock Tower, focusing on aspects such as predicting the future and observing the stars.[1]
Flueger is an Astrologer (占星術師, Senseijutsu-shi?).[2] He uses astrology with his knives, the twelve signs of the zodiac are engraved on his knives. His knives wooden grips were well worn from constant use, but the blades were polished to a frightening degree of brightness. He can tell fortunes by handling the knives like cards. Rather than a juggler, he gave off the impression of a fortune teller spinning the Wheel of FortuneWP. The knives span unnaturally in the air, almost as if their positions were mapping out a constellation.[3] His was to manipulate these knives patterned after the planets.[4] Using his knives he is able not only to predict the future but also to manipulate cause and effect within an extremely limited area. For example, things like creating a future where an opponent’s attack doesn't hit.[5]

Animusphere Astromancy[]
The Animusphere Astromancy Magecraft specializes around predicting the future and observing the planet. It is dependent on the ambient mana to fuel it, as revealed in the Atlantic Lostbelt with Kirschtaria Wodime, who used the Animusphere Magecraft there to summon meteors.[1] Olga Marie Animusphere can accomplish a lesser version than this, summoning a miniature meteor shower and using it to fight off the Child of Einnashe when it ensnared the Rail Zeppelin, with support from the other train passengers.[6]
When engraving zodiac signs onto stones and summoning a meteor shower, Olga uses a Incantation associated with the Animuspheres; "Stars, Cosmos, Gods, Animus, Antrum, Unverse, Anima, Animusphere" (スターズ。コスモス。ゴッズ。アニムス。アントルム。アンバース。アニマ、アニムスフィア, Sutāzu. Kosumosu. Gozzu. Animusu. Antorumu. Anbāsu. Anima, Animusufia?).[7][6] For the meteor shower, she uses another similar but longer Incantation beforehand, adding the words; "The shape of stars. The shape of space. The shape of God. The shape of self. Celestial bodies are hollow. Hollowness is empty space. God resides within empty space" (星の形。宙ソラの形。神の形。我の形。天体は空洞なり。空洞は虚空なり。虚空には神ありき, Hoshi no Katachi. Chū Sora no Katachi. Kami no Katachi. Ga no Katachi. Tentai wa Kūdōnari. Kūdō wa Kokūnari. Kokū ni wa Kami Ariki.?) to the formula. Interestingly, her magic circle is inscribed with writings in cuneiforms, probably because of the magecraft being passed down by the progenitors of astronomy, the ancient ChaldeansWP.[6]
The Animusphere Magic Crest is located on Olga Marie's forehead. In the family's Astromancy Magecraft, the head represents the planet Mars.[8]
Fargo[]
The Fargo branch family of the Animusphere also practice Astromancy, following the traditional Geocentric ModelWP of the universe. They also practice the Seven Planets modelWP.[8]
In a desperate bid to obtain immortality to reach the Root without leaving it to the next generation, Ernest Fargo sought to use a variation of the Seven Planets ritual. Going against the Geocentric Model traditionally followed by Astromancers, which places Earth (i.e. the soul) at its center, Ernest used the Heliocentric ModelWP, which places the Sun (i.e. the heart) at its center. In order to accomplish this goal, he would use his own body and soul for the ritual. He used Fernando Li's research on Necromancy to become an undead Spirit, and proceeded to divide his own body with the possible assistance of Doctor Heartless. He placed his contained soul, heart, head, chest, arms, and pelvis in the central hall in accordance to the Heliocentric Model. He placed his hair and bones in the study, and placed his legs in the storehouse. By completing the ritual within his mansion, which was a microcosm of the world, he would become one with its inner cosmos, thereby attaining immortality. Lord El-Melloi II explains Ernest's ritual failed due to it being experimental and it going against the family tradition.[8]

One of the invitees to Adra, the Castle of Separation. An Astrologer. His elemental affinity is Wind. His aria, "Lead me," is also from Astrology.
Depending on the horoscope, he uses twelve knives marked for the twelve signs of the zodiac, and is able not only to predict the future but also to manipulate cause and effect within an extremely limited area. For example, things like creating a future where an opponent’s attack doesn’t hit.
He was actually one of the survivors of the Spiritual Tomb of Albion, as described in Grand Roll. Though his reputation as a master-killer and labyrinth returnee were decided rather early, the details about the Spiritual Tomb of Albion underneath the Clock Tower were decided rather late, causing quite some issues for the author.フリューガー【人名】
