Rumblin Bridge

Rumblin Bridge is a station and bridge on the Skarloey Railway.

History

Sir Topham and Lady Hatt were to attend the grand opening, but the hot air balloon they were riding in ran out of hot air and they got stuck in a tree. Luckily for them, Skarloey spotted them before the balloon crashed and rescued them.

On former Railway Consultant Sam Wilkinson's map of Sodor, it is located between Strawberry Grove and the Showgrounds on the Lakeside-Ulfstead Line, with the bridge crossing the Hawin Ab.

Trivia

The bridge was depicted in Wooden Railway as a literal "rumbling bridge", whereas Rumblin is actually the name of the bridge (and station).
