Hay Fort Frenzy is the thirty-eighth episode of the second series of Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.
Plot
Thomas gets help from Terence the Tractor and Carly to assemble all hay bales. Carly and Terence manage to get everything together quickly, but soon Terence purposefully crashes into the hay bales sending loose hay all over the place! Carly is shocked and confused. They turn the hay-bale stacking into a game, forming all kinds of structures Terence can crash into. Thomas worries they won't have enough time to complete the delivery.

- This episode marks the first of a few things for Terence:
- His first appearance in All Engines Go.
- His first major leading role in the franchise since the Thomas & Friends episode, Terence Breaks the Ice.
- The first appearance of his snowplough in the franchise since the 2008 special, The Great Discovery.
- Will Bridgewood and Kai Harris join the voice cast.
- This is the final episode to have Britt Allcroft's name in the opening credits.
- James' line "I've got it from here!" is reused from the first series episode, Nia's Perfect Plan.
Goofs
- When Terence says "Surprise!", his mouth doesn't move.
- Thomas and James cross Vicarstown Bridge from the Mainland side despite their delivery being bound for there.
