Done when transformed into Devil during Heat, Devil performs a leaping left side kick followed by an aerial laser that hits the still airborne opponent. This is an automatic sequence that occurs on hit or block, and consumes a portion of the Heat Gauge.
As of patch 1.05 holding b during the move will not perform the extension, only performing Hell Lancer.
