The Planet was known to host the Semi-summer festival. Ebenn Q3 Baobab claimed that he acquired his "Q3" alias by undergoing the ceremonial Passage Rite at this festival.[2]

Vintrus was mentioned in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[2] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[3]
