Vera Beroya was a Human female Mandalorian warrior during the time of Galactic Empire. She was made chieftain of Clan Awaud after her adopted father, Nam Beroya, was believed to have been killed in a battle against Zygerrian slavers. During the Galactic Civil War, the Alliance to Restore the Republic sought the aid of Beroya's clan in defending the world of Xorrn from the Empire. Though delayed due to troubles of her own, Vera met with Rebel operatives. Ultimately an agreement was made to send what warriors she could from Clan Awaud to defend Xorrn.^[1]
