A Chiss speaker represented the Chiss Ascendancy's Obbic family in the Chiss Syndicure, the ruling body of the Ascendancy.^[1] In 19 BBY,^[2] following an attack on the Chiss capital planet of Csilla, the speaker met with represenatives of the other Nine Ruling Families and Chiss Expansionary Defense Fleet Supreme General Ba'kif. After the supreme general stated that he believed the attack was an isolated incident, the Obbic argued that no one attacked the Ascendancy on a whim and that she believed someone in the Unknown Regions was planning against the Chiss.^[1]
