At some point after killing Techno Union foreman Wat Tambor^[1] in 19 BBY,^[2] the Sith Lord Darth Vader traveled to Skako Minor and^[1] massacred the Ruling Council. The Skakoan Council^[3] was then installed after as a regime loyal to the Galactic Empire.^[1]
