The Policy and Resources Council or P and R was a council of the Galactic Alliance Senate. It passed an amendment, numbered Item 357 that secretly allowed Jacen Solo to change more laws without the approval of the Senate, eventually creating a triumvirate. On that day, 563 changes were proposed, including Item 24 and Item 358.
