- "I've seen Imperial cruisers destroyed in the Nebulas of Osssorck; fought my way through the dust storms of Voniss; stared down Dark Grahn's mercenary army; now, all I can stare down is the bottom of a bottle of cheap wine, kid."
- ―A gunfighter
The Nebulas of Osssorck,[2] also known as the Osssorck Nebulae, were a series of nebulosities located in the Core Worlds.[1] During the Galactic Civil War, an aging yet legendary gunfighter resided in the city of Buerhoz on the[2] Outer Rim Territories'[3] planet Clak'dor VII. When a group of individuals encountered the gunfighter at Buerhoz, he claimed to have witnessed the destruction of several cruisers of the Galactic Empire in the Nebulas of Osssorck.[2]
Behind the scenes[]
The Nebulas of Osssorck were introduced via mention in "A Fistful of Credits," a roleplaying game adventure written by Bill Olmesdahl and included in the 1992 supplement Star Wars Gamemaster Screen for use with West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[2] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas provided an alternate name for the nebulae and placed them in grid square J-12.[1]
