An army loyal to the Rebel Alliance was formed on Molos during the Galactic Civil War at the start of an uprising on Molos. A militia created from the civilian population was combined with the palace troops to create the army. Under the command of King Amand and advised by Sergeant Trask and Ral Garas, the army participated in the Battle of Molopolis when the Galactic Empire dispatched reinforcements, and subsequently defeated the Imperial force.^[1]
