During a mission to Bpfassh, an attempt was made to capture Leia Organa Solo and her unborn twins for the Dark Jedi Joruus C'baoth.
Prelude[]
- "Let me guess. Mon Mothma wants me to go to Bpfassh and assure them that the New Republic can protect them."
- ―Leia, to Han Solo
After Grand Admiral Thrawn's hit-and-fade attack on Bpfassh, Mon Mothma wanted Leia Organa Solo to go on a diplomatic mission to Bpfassh in order to assure its people that the New Republic could still protect them. Organa Solo then departed Coruscant along with Han Solo and Chewbacca, escorted by a twenty-ship convoy and Wedge Antilles's Rogue Squadron.
Mission[]
- "I think we're in trouble."
"I think you're right." - ―Wedge Antilles and Han Solo
While inspecting the crater of a planetary bombardment on Bpfassh, Han Solo, Leia Organa Solo and Wedge Antilles were ambushed by a team of Noghri Death Commandos.
What seemed to be the Millennium Falcon flown by Chewbacca quickly showed up to rescue them, but Organa Solo, who had been training as a Jedi with her brother, sensed something wrong. Solo realized that the ship was a double of the Millennium Falcon, and he used his wife's lightsaber to disable it and send up a plume of korfaise coolant gas that quickly attracted the real Millennium Falcon and Rogue Squadron to drive off the would-be captors.
