A Class-3 navigational hazard, it complicated travel in the vicinity of the planet.^[1] It shared its name with Lorahns, an astronomical object in the Mid Rim Territories^[2] located within the same grid square as Vandor,^[3] P-14 on the Standard Galactic Grid.^[2] It was mentioned alongside the Lesser Sloo Gas Cloud in the initial survey log for the planet written by Arhul Corubalni.^[1]
