Lenc was the Bith administrator of a brutal mining colony on Weldii III. During the Galactic Civil War, he put out a bounty on gunrunner Praaelon Di, after Di provided weapons to both sides of a violent uprising on Weldii III. After two attempts at his capture, one by a pirate fleet and one by a group of bounty hunters led by Boushh, Di traveled to Weldii III with a small force of Rebel agents and battle droids, and defeated Lenc.
