Jamie Brasson^[2] was the president of Begamor^[1] during the High Republic Era around 200 BBY.^[2] Rising up to power, Brasson acquired a seat on the Galactic Senate and earned respect from most other senators. He carefully managed his reputation as a frugal and nearly saintly individual who brought wealth and prosperity to his formerly backward and impoverished planet, but was in reality the leader of a crime syndicate which held frequent meetings at his estate.^[1]
