In 12 ABY, a battle was fought in the Corthenia system. Head of State Gilad Pellaeon of the Imperial Remnant had recently captured six star systems along the Entralla Route as a show of force against the New Republic, who responded by dispatching the Executor-class Star Dreadnought Lusankya. Before the Lusankya's arrival, Pellaeon led from his own Executor-class Star Dreadnought, the Reaper, and captured Corthenia from New Republic control.
