Aleena was one of the primary languages of Aleen, as it was spoken by the native Aleena species. The Aleena were also capable of speaking Galactic Basic Standard.[1] C-3PO could speak Aleena, and he encountered it when the Galactic Republic traveled on a mercy mission to Aleen.
