"Hot Steel and Slide Licks 4" was composed by Jeremy Wakefield. It is the thirteenth segment of the numerous "Hot Steel and Slide Licks." It features two short steel guitar licks being played which sound similar to "Steel Licks 4." It plays in many episodes, starting with season 8. It mainly plays when a character is sad or subdued.
