"He Does It All" is the fifth RWBY Chibi skit of the animated anthology Neon Konbini and the sixty-ninth episode of RWBY Chibi. It premiered for Rooster Teeth FIRST members on June 17, 2021 as the ninth segment of the episode "It's Called Movie Magic". It was later released as it's own segment on the Rooster Teeth Animation channel on April 17th, 2023. It is also included on the Volume 9 Bluray release on October 3rd, 2023.

Transcript[]
In a space of pure whiteness, the giant blocky title and a certain rose emblem drop from the sky to the ground, where the four miniaturized members of Team RWBY pop out from behind it to smile, wave and adopt poses for the audience while an unseen speaker announces the show as: "RWBY CHIBI"!
Ruby Rose is sleeping on her bunk bed with her teddy bear. Klein Sieben stares at Ruby's teddy bear with his eyes red.
Klein: Gimme that!
Ruby falls off her bed after Klein takes away her teddy bear.
Ruby: Ahhh! No no please!!! Not Mr. Teddington!!!!! (cries and collapses on her knees) I wake up from dreams... (shocked) only to enter nightmares.
The scene cuts to Blake Belladonna reading her book while Klein does some cleaning on the book shelf. Klein begins to sneeze a few times, bothering Blake. Blake groans. Klein suddenly is about to sneeze but it didn't happen. Blake's eye twitches. Klein gives a big sneeze.
Cut to Yang Xiao Long emerging from FRO' GO Frozen Yogurt shop. Yang gasps in shock, drops her fro-yo, and finds Bumblebee gone.
Yang: My bike! Where did it...
Yang finds Klein riding Bumblebee. He whistles as he rides along. Yang's eyes turn red and she becomes angry and growls at Klein. Cuts to Team RWBY at the dorm.
Yang: He stole Bumblebee!
Blake: I can't get a moment of peace!
Ruby: He bear-napped Mr. Teddington!!! He has got to go!
Weiss: I'm sorry, girls. I'll handle it.
Klein enters Team RWBY's dorm.
Klein: Ah, wonderful! Just the people I wanted to see.
Klein walks toward Ruby.
Klein: Miss Rose, I gave Mr. Teddington a wash for you.
Ruby gasps in surprise and hugs Mr. Teddington. Klein's eyes turn red.
Klein: Couldn't stand him 'em in that state.
Klein moves to Blake, his eyes turn blue.
Klein: Miss Belladonna, I hope you don't mind that I dusted your book collection! Achoo!
Klein moves to Yang, his eyes turn yellow.
Klein: Miss Xiao Long, you'll be happy to know your bike now gets better mileage. I made sure to leave her with a full tank after tune up. (chuckles) I do hope you'll love it!
Ruby: Ohhhhhh...
Klein's eyes turn purple.
Klein: Also, I kinda baked some fresh cookies. I... hope they're okay.
Ruby's eyes light up as she drools over the cookies. Weiss takes one cookie.
Weiss: Klein, I'm sorry but I'm not sure you can stay.
Yang: Don't you talk to him like that!
Blake: He's not going anywhere!
Ruby: This man is a national treasure!!
Ruby, Blake, and Yang carry Klein in joy. Ruby and Blake chant Klein's name while Yang chants butler. Weiss watches them leave before she eats the entire cookie.
Weiss: Not bad.
