"Bad Criminal" is the tenth and final RWBY Chibi skit of the animated anthology Neon Konbini and the seventy-fourth and final episode of RWBY Chibi. It premiered for Rooster Teeth FIRST members on July 15th, 2021 as the last segment of the episode "Closing Time". It is also included on the Volume 9 Bluray release on October 3rd, 2023.

In a space of pure whiteness, the giant blocky title and a certain rose emblem drop from the sky to the ground, where the four miniaturized members of Team RWBY pop out from behind it to smile, wave and adopt poses for the audience while an unseen speaker announces the show as: "RWBY CHIBI"!
