"Gus and Misdemeanors" is the fifteenth episode of the fourth season of Recess, which was first broadcast on November 8th, 1999.
Summary[]
Mundy, Skeens, and Lazy Kid trick Gus into shoplifting candy from Kelso's.
Goofs[]
- Animation/continuity error: After Mikey says hi to Officer McMeowMeow, the bow on Gretchen's dress is missing.
- Grammar/continuity error: When Spinelli is calling everybody to watch Gus' dancing bug, the cafeteria board in the background is misspelled as "CAFETELIA".
- Animation/continuity error: When Gus' dad goes to the door to greet the M. P's, his watch is missing, but later, when he says, "Now let's go play some poker", he has a watch.
- Animation/continuity error: When Gus puts the envelope in the shop, the envelope has the flap and the folding lines, when Mr. Kelso picks it up, the lines are missing, and only the flap is seen.
- Animation/continuity error: While Mr. Kelso is saying "Good! There is only one more thing we gotta do," his mustache appears in front of his nose for several frames.
- Consistency error: Mr. Kelso should have listened to why Gus stole the gum, even if Gus did something bad, especially since Gus was not the one behind it all. He should have asked who the kids were that set Gus up and had them punished especially after banning Conrad from Kelso’s. Gus could have even had a lighter punishment even if his punishment was light.
