Mad Scientist University (MSU) is a university located in the city of Norrisville.
Description[]
Its only appearance was in a flashback in the episode, "Dawn of the Driscoll." It is a large university building with two nuclear cooling towers and a tower telescope. In front of the university is a statue of a mad-looking scientist holding a brain in his hand, while standing on a pedestal with the letters MSU shining brightly. It is revealed by Viceroy that the university guarantees a place as valedictorian for those who are able to create a functional doomsday device.
History[]
MSU was attended by Viceroy and Jerry Driscoll, Mrs. Driscoll's husband, while he was still alive. Driscoll was the number one student at MSU and almost able to complete his doomsday device, but was apprehended by the police. The police had been tipped off about the doomsday device by Viceroy, who was second-best of the university. Afterwards, Viceroy stole Jerry's glory and got named as valedictorian by the university instead.
