Tetsuya Yanagihara (柳原哲也 Yanagihara Tetsuya) is a Japanese voice actor and half of the comedy duo "America Zarigani" (アメリカザリガニ) - "Amezari" (アメザリ) for short
He voiced the Tooth Decay Jamen in Mashin Sentai Kiramager and Tokei Grumer Seconds in Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger[1].
