Tetsunosuke Saika XXI (二十一代目 雑賀 鉄之助 Nijūichi-daime Saika Tetsunosuke) created the Ninningers' equipment and Otomonin with Yoshitaka. On the latter, they used inspiration from the machine of alien species, UFOmaru. He was also hired over the internet by Kinji Takigawa, who would become the sixth Ninninger, helping him to create the Otomonin Rodeomaru and Bison Buggy. When the Ninningers fight the Kibaoni Army Corps in the present day, his son, Tetsunosuke Saika XXII takes his mantle as weaponsmith to aid the Ninningers.
