Richard Simpson[1] [2] is a musician[3] and veteran voice actor in Power Rangers. He starred as the voice of Officer Rodge in The Barefoot Bandits with fellow Powers Rangers cast member Teuila Blakely who played Commander Shaw from Power Rangers Beast Morphers and the voice of Spyclops in Super Ninja Steel. The film also starred Cameron Rhodes, Kimberly Crossman, Dallas Barnett.[4]
