Number 32: A Request For A Duel (決闘を申し込む Kettō o Mōshikomu) is the thirty-second episode of Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger. It features the debut of Good Cool Kaiser VSX with Biker and Crane & Drill as well as Cyclone, Scissors, and Blade.
Synopsis[]
Goche Ru Medou has successfully fused 5 safes into a single Gangler’s body, creating a formidable enemy! The hamster-shaped Gangler grows large and uses the various abilities of the Collection to completely destroy PatKaiser with its overwhelming power. However, the number of safes on his body is much too large at the moment and becomes too unstable as he reverts back to normal size. The Lupinrangers attempt to break into as many safes as they can while on the ground, but despite them not even being golden safes, the Dial Fighters are unable to open them.
Noël realizes that the only way to beat this monstrous creation is for the Police and the Thieves to set aside their differences and work together as a team, just like before. While most agree to it, Keiichiro is resolutely against it as he firmly believes the Thieves should be arrested, not helped. In response, Noël challenges Keiichiro to a duel; if he wins, the Global Police will help the Thieves, but if Keiichiro wins, the Thieves will turn themselves in.
