Mio Fukuzumi (福澄 美緒 Fukuzumi Mio) is a Japanese actress who played Fourth Spear, Wendine in Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger.
She later had a cameo as a student in Tokuso Sentai Dekaranger the Movie: Full Blast Action.
She had been retired from the entertainment industry after her marriage, but made a comeback for Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger: 10 YEARS AFTER. She was credited under her real name Kayo Matsuda (松田 佳代 Matsuda Kayo) in the movie.
