Jorgito Vargas, Jr (born September 29, 1977 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) played Blake Bradley, the Navy Thunder Ranger & voice of Starvark in Power Rangers Ninja Storm. He also dubbed Yukito Sanjo/AbareBlue (known as Kenny Yukito in the dub) of Super Sentai's Bakuryu Sentai Abaranger in the Power Rangers Dino Thunder episode, Lost & Found in Translation, when the team watch a Japanese show based off them.
