Jail is a prison planet where criminals are incarcerated for their crimes. The space biker Space Biker Gang Helmedor was kept on this planet for 200 years before his release, harboring a grudge towards it.
After gaining the space fairy Picoto during it's time on Earth, Space Biker Gang Helmedor uses one of its five wishes to create a massive laser cannon as part of his plan to make a new road for space bikers. The first act he does with the cannon is annihilate planet Jail to test its power and as revenge for holding him for such a long time.
