Metal is an element in Ninjago. It was first used prior to the Tournament of Elements by Karlof. It's generally associated with the color silver/gray and corresponds with the Elemental Metal Dragon.
Users' abilities[]
- Ferrokinesis/Metallokinesis - The user can create, manipulate, and generate metal, which can be malleable, fusible, and ductile. They can possibly control, convert, sense, and become magnetic fields and any type of metal (iron, steel, mercury, etc.), magnetize, magnetically dismantle or move objects, and even create metal constructs.
- Ferrokinetic Mimicry - The user is able to turn themselves entirely into metal.
- Enhanced Strength - When the user is turned into metal, they develop incredible strength.
- Enhanced Durability/Resistance - This grants the user incredible durability, allowing them to resist many attacks.
- Tough/Hard/Invincible Skin - The user's enhanced durability makes their skin tough and hard, possibly making it invincible.
- Enhanced Endurance - The user can endure many attacks when they are turned into metal.
- Deflection - When the user is turned into metal, they are capable of deflecting attacks, normally projectiles or blunt force, away from themselves.
- Energy Deflection/Immunity - The user can easily deflect energy, possibly making them immune to it, as shown when Chen deflected Lloyd's Energy balls in "The Forgotten Element."
- Size Enhancement - When the user is turned into metal, they slightly grow in size.
- Dragon Creation - The user can create a Metal Dragon.
- Ferrokinetic Mimicry - The user is able to turn themselves entirely into metal.

The symbol of Metal appears to be a gear shape. It has been seen on Karlof's back, alongside a less detailed version of it on the lower front of his torso.
