Ninja Gaiden[]

Basilisk Mine Field only has one long room, but it introduces several new enemies as well as the "gacha" Bats that will knock Ryu into a pit if he blindly jumps over it. Many goodies can be found here, including multiple opportunities to get a Windmill Star. The middle of the level has an outside bridge with many Birds swarming Ryu at once.

  • 1-UP NES1ExtraLife - Directly above the Spin Slash, it is easily accessible from the right upper area.
  • Windmill Shuriken NES1WindmillStar - The very last pickup before Ryu has to climb a ladder into the next level. It is directly above a platform on the tracks.
