Peter is Robert Simmons' partner who debuted in the Hey Arnold! episode "Arnold's Thanksgiving". He makes a few cameos throughout season 4 and 5, as well as in Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie. 

Personality[]

Not much is known about Peter.  He seems to have a bit of a temper, and is embarrassed by the idea of public speaking.  He also has an intense dislike of both Joy, and Robert's mother, Pearl.

Appearance[]

Peter is tall, tan, and he wears a red sweater with blue jeans and sandals.  He has a blonde mustache and short blonde hair.
