Ms. Sara Bellum is a supporting character in the Cartoon Network animated series The Powerpuff Girls.

She is the Mayor of Townsville's secretary, and her primary role acts as a moral voice of reason for the girls sometimes, aiding them in stopping their enemies.

She was voiced by Jennifer Martin.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Good?[]

• She, along with Professor Utonium, is the voice of reason when it comes to helping the Powerpuff Girls.
• She helps the Mayor when he has a question or needs help, no matter how annoyed or impatient she gets.
• In "Impeach Fuzz", she along with the Powerpuff Girls convinced the mayor to make him the mayor of Townsville again.
• In "The Rowdyruff Boys", she helped the girls see the weakness of The Rowdyruff Boys.
• In "Something's a Ms.", she helped the girls stop Sedusa after she was framed by her and freed them from Sedusa's hair gel and cut Sedusa's hair so she wouldn't attack them no more.
• In "Equal Fights", she along with Ms. Keane helped the girls changed their warped views on the boys and men of Townsville, revealing to them that Femme Fatale is not what she claimed to be, and that when there’ injustice, the girls have to protect everyone, regardless of gender.
• In "Superfriends", she helped the Mayor how to call the girls if they didn't use their phone.
• Unlike of other PPG Heroes and Characters, she has no corrupting factors.
• While she isn't as Admirable as the Powerpuff Girls and Professor Utonium, she has lower resources and she still passes the admirable standards of the series.

What Prevents Her From Being Pure Good?[]

• She suffers a little bit from offscreen heroism.
• She also has an sassy and sarcastic side due to the Mayor's incompetence to stop crime or help the Powerpuff Girls outright. However, this is a minor prevention since the Mayor causes many problems to her and she just wants him to be a more mature person.
