Chancellor Kooth is the overarching antagonist of the second season of Wizards vs Aliens while being the main antagonist of the season finale.
She was the Chancellor of Nekron and the acting ruler while the Nekross King was hunting wizards on Earth. However, she secretly detested the King and plotted a coup with her son Jathro to overthrow him and take his place as the monarch.
She is portrayed by Victoria Wicks.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She planted her son, Jathro, on board the Zarantulus as a mole to report to her any opportunity to stage a coup against the Nekross royal family.
- She convinced the Nekross King to put his children, Varg and Lexi, against each other in a contest of devourment, a cruel competition where he would eat alive whichever one failed to capture the wizard, Tom Clarke. This led to Varg kidnapping Tom and almost extracting his magic, along with nearly causing Lexi to be eaten.
- While the King was distracted by the contest, she had Jathro give her control of the Nekross slave ships and tried using them to destroy the Zarantulus with everyone inside it.
- She revealed that the King had been keeping most of Nekron's magic for himself to satisfy his gluttony as a way of coaxing the passengers of the Zarantulus into revealing their location.
- She attempted to blow up the Earth as a way of opening a gateway to the Neverside so the Nekross could feed off the magic inside. She would have succeeded if it wasn't for Tom stopping her at the last second.
- What's worse, it’s confirmed that the Neverside magic is within the living creatures there with many being sentient. Also, unlike wizards, they are made up of pure magic meaning if their magic was extracted they would simply die as opposed to rapidly aging.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- She genuinely cared about Jathro as shown when she referred to him as her "beloved son" and how she didn't order him to act against the King unless she was certain he wasn't at risk of being discovered.
