Where's Shoeshine in app?

Hello. Where is Shoeshine in My Little Pony app? If you check it out here, Shoeshine is a light blue earth pony with two horseshoes as her cutie mark, and she appears as a background pony in some episodes throughout the series. I did not see her in game, which Gameloft forgot about it, so this will be my suggestion if we could add her in the game.
