Psycho Burst is the Special Weapon used by the Roboticized Master Silver Man in the crossover Worlds Collide. The weapon stuns and restrains its target with psychic powers. Mega Man fell victim to it in a cross-counter shootout with Silver Man, but restored the time traveler at the same time with the Spin Dash Blast. Silver the Hedgehog proceeded to nullify the weapon's effects and then restrained Blaze Woman with the same ability while Mega Man restored her. Mega Man later attempted to use it against Rose Woman who deflected the blast with her Piko Hammer. During the duel with Bass and Metal Sonic, Mega Man used this weapon to temporarily incapacitate both Treble and Bass himself.

Mega Man's colors while using this weapon are teal and white, although for some reason the colors on his helmet are reversed.
