History
Yb was one of the cities, along with Nemedis, Althaar and Yaodar behind which walls the first men hid from the Dragon Kings during the Thousand Year War.[1]

- Its name was possibly inspired by H.P. Lovecraft's city of Ib, related as well to ancient reptilian monsters.
