Created by Martinex 5, the Time Square Generator creates a Time Square around someone from any dimension and timeline and bring them to the Legion of Galactic Guardians 2099's base or vice versa.[1]

Amalgam Universe (Earth-9602)[]
The generator of Earth-9602 had a similar history as its Earth-12772 counterpart. While it had a different exterior design, its functions remained unchanged. The Frightful Five destroyed the generator and caused a Chronal Collapse. Five years later, the survivors repaired it, rescued Spider-Boy, and used it to send him to Earth-12772.[1]
