Talena was about to marry Gallus, when he accidentally fell from a tree in the orchards of Valusia and died. Talena then begged Kull to use the Amulet of Ka to revive him, but, being already dead, Gallus awoke as a manifestation of Death and was finally laid to rest by the king.[1]
