Smokescreen (Criminal) (Earth-616)

Smokescreen was the owner of an illegal gambling den where he bet on sports competitions. He attempted to rig an athletics competition by forcing the favorite to lose, but was discovered and stopped by Spider-Man, Storm and Luke Cage and arrested by the police together with members of his gang.^[1]

Gas Generation: Smokescreen was able to emit (it is not known whether through personal powers or the use of technology) thick black smoke capable of blinding and suffocating his opponents.
