History
After one of his encounters with Morlun, Ezekiel Sims created Sims Tower to protect future generations of Spider-Totems. The buildings bunkers contain years worth of food, VCR tapes of the totem known as Spider-Man[1], protection from radiation[2], and blockage from Web of Life and Destiny connections.
